Trainade Performance

Trainade Performance is an intra-workout carbohydrate powder designed to be used by active individuals and athletes during their workouts. 

It contains glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, scientifically supporting optimal energy uptake and absorption in the gut. 

Each (1) serve provides 30 grams of carbohydrates combined with our signature blend of hydrating electrolytes giving you everything you need to finish your workout stronger than you started. Mix 1-3 scoops into 500ml of water and consume every hour of your workout for optimum results.

• 1 scoop = 30g of carbs (20g glucose and 10g fructose)
• 2 scoop = 60g of carbs (40g glucose and 20g fructose)
